Help High School Seniors See Their Skills and Job Matches

Students spend years building skills in reading, math, problem-solving, research, and more. But when graduation approaches, many struggle to understand how those skills translate into career opportunities. SkillSight, a new initiative from non-profit Educational Results Partnership (ERP), is designed to make that connection visible.

Using academic information districts already have (including Lexile and Quantile measures), SkillSight creates personalized skills profiles that help students understand their strengths and explore careers, starter jobs, wages, labor-market demand, and pathways toward their longer-term goals. And the best part? No new assessment or curriculum is required.
