He holds a PhD in Educational Psychology & Research and MEd in Educational Research & Measurement from the University of South Carolina, and BA in Psychology from the University of Montana. Prior to MetaMetrics, Fred was a senior executive at NWEA ensuring psychometric rigor, research integrity, and instructional relevance. His commitment is to advancing high-quality research that serves educators, students, and education systems.
